Terms Of Service
Please read through my terms of service for Digital art, this applies to every art commission and once you commission me you are agreeing to my TOS
I have the right to refuse any commission/s that I feel uncomfortable with.
All commissions have a 30% deposit of total price. This deposit is NON refundable. This is for security purposes. Meaning if you choose to back out of a commission, your deposit will not be getting refunded to you. Deposit price goes towards total price. (If I have started your artwork NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!) Please be 100% committed when you commission me
Quotes are not open at all times. I will make announcements on my social media pages such as Instagram and Twitter about when I am open to take quotes.
Quotes only last during the time given and if you are not picked for the current round of commissions and want to try for the next openings you will need to get a new quote.
Pricing will vary depending on commission type.
Once you commission me and send in your deposit you are also agreeing to the amount of time it will take me to complete your commission! Times will vary. If you have a deadline you must talk to me about it first.
I accept paypal only and I send out invoices
I will not start on any artwork till paid in full (Or in some cases deposit is received)
I can accept payment plans on orders $150+ just be sure to discuss this option with me before hand.
Please note that custom art commissions please allow me 2weeks-3months to finish your art piece! Time will vary depending on how my commissions are already in queue!
EMOTE COMMISSIONS
For emote style commissions
Emote commissions MUST be paid IN FULL to be added to my queue.
I will send a sketch phase at which point you are welcome to tell me any changes you would like! THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT! Make sure to make any change requests AT THIS TIME! After the sketch is approved I will COMPLETE your emote and no changes will be made afterwards UNLESS I made a mistake to the art itself and needs correcting.
OTHER ART COMMISSIONS: I will show you linework, at this stage minor revisions can be made! But I will NOT completely change any pose! (This would of needed to be requested during the sketch phase) after I will color and render your artwork! and its done! (If a minor color needs to be adjusted or changed this can be done but no revisions after this point!)
If you plan to use your artwork for commercial purposes (Example: make merch out of it PLEASE let me know. There will be an extra %50 added to total cost)
Emote Commercial: Will be x2 the cost! for example Standard static emotes cost $20 if you want to use this emote for commercial purposes the emote will be $40 so on so forth (Applies to any emotes you want to use commercially. Example: You plan to make stickers with them!)
Your commission must be paid in full by the time I start to make your artwork. I will be contacting you when it is your turn in queue and upon this time you should have payment ready if not already paid in advanced. (Will try to give a weeks notice)
