Terms Of Service
Please read through my terms of service for plush commissions, this applies to every plush commission and once you commission me you are agreeing to my TOS
I have the right to refuse any commission/s that I feel uncomfortable with.
All commissions have a 30% deposit of total price. This deposit is NON refundable. This is for security purposes. Meaning if you choose to back out of a commission, your deposit will not be getting refunded to you. Deposit price goes towards total price.
Please be a 100% sure when making your deposit for a plush and the character you chose! I do not allow changes of character once the deposit is made!
Quotes are not open at all times. I will make announcements on my social media pages such as Instagram and Twitter about when I am open to take quotes.
Quotes only last during the time given and if you are not picked for the current round of commissions and want to try for the next openings you will need to get a new quote.
Pricing for plush will vary depending on size/style and difficulty of character
Prices on my general price guide do NOT include shipping. Shipping will be calculated and one last payment once the plush is completed.
Any lost/stolen/damaged packages from post/shipment is not my responsibility. All packages come with tracking, if you wish to add any extra services these must be requested.
Once you commission me and send in your deposit you are also agreeing to the amount of time it will take me to complete your commission! Times will vary. If you have a deadline you must talk to me about it first. Plush commissions can take 3-4 + months to complete (my aim is to get them done sooner but keep in mind there can be a lengthy wait)
I have a pet friendly home, please keep this in mind if you have any allergies to dogs/cats/birds.
I accept paypal only and I send out invoices
I will not start on any plush until I get the deposit. I work in order deposits were received.
I can accept payment plans on orders $200+ just be sure to discuss this option with me before hand.
Your commission must be paid in full by the time I start to make your plush. I will be contacting you when it is your turn in queue and upon this time you should have payment ready. (Will try to give a weeks notice)
Plush commissions will not be sent out UNTIL paid in FULL!
