Commission/Auction TOS
To get a quote, you will need a reference sheet of the character you want made.
If in the case of a Auction you MUST send me the reference sheet for approval BEFORE placing a bid.

Commissions are only accepted once a contract has been signed and a non refundable deposit of 30% is paid. (The rest can be worked out in a payment plan, no longer than 3 months. I will not start your suit until paid in full)
Take note that I MUST have a Duct Tape Dummy of you to make a fullsuit costume.
I will send WIP pictures of your suit. During this time you can make any suggestions that you want changed or improvements. Once the suit is complete, I will not take anything apart or re-do any patterns. So please be clear what you are wanting when you place your order. THANK YOU
I will not make a costume of a character with copyrights or trademarks. When placing your order, you acknowledge that you own copyrights, trademarks or any other distribution usage rights of your character and assume responsibility for it.
You acknowledge and allow for a maximum completion time of eight months.
Commissions are finished earlier but you agree to this in order to allow for unexpected circumstances which might delay your commission order.
I do not use any real animal fur/leather or parts when making my suits. All materials are synthetic.
I use a foam base for heads
I don't hold any responsibility for damages, injuries or allergic reactions to my work.
Use is under client's responsibility.
I may use whatever pictures or video footage I take of your commissioned costume to promote my business.
Payment:
I accept payment via Paypal only!
If the client cancels the commission for any reason, 30% of the price will NOT be refunded
That 30% is what goes towards funding of materials for making your suit. I cannot go bankrupt!
So when you commission me or place a bid on a auction make sure you have the money to do so. This is your responsablity. Thank you
I require accurate measurements and a Duct Tape Dummy provided by the client.

Note: If wrong measurments provided and the suit does not fit, I will not take it back and re-make the suit unless we agree on costs for repairs.
Shipping is paid for by the client after the costume is fully completed.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to commissioning. Also, you may experience delivery delays or longer shipping times due to customs related issues or holiday delays.
